This graph shows the number of articles published by university professors in two different genders from 2006 to 2012. Male has overall more articles published than female. The largest gap is in 2006 where male has 3000 articles published and female has only 1000 published. However, the number for female grew steadily to 3000 published in 2012, while for male, the growth pace is much slower just reach around 3200 in 2012.




This graph shows the radio and television audiences in UK from October to December in 1992. For Radio audience, it started around 8% in 6 o’clock in the morning and reaches its highest around 28% after 8:00. However, since then, it dropped towards the end of the day. For TV audience, it reaches its highest at nearly 50% in 8:00 in the afternoon before it drop to its lowest at the end of the day.




This graph shows Ontario manufacturing employment and the Canadian dollar exchange rate from 1981 to 2013. For Ontario manufacturing employment, it started as 1 million in 1981, and reaches its highest around 1999 to 1002 at around 1.1 million before dropped to under 0.8 million around 2009. For the Canadian dollar exchange rate in US dollar, it reaches its lowest around 2002 at under 0.65, and grow to its highest over 1 in 2010.




This graph shows the number of meals served by Fast food and sit-down restaurant.
Both of types of restaurant started at 20 meals every year in 1970. Sit down restaurant increased steadily to around 50 meals per year in 2000.
For fast food meals, the growth speed is much faster. Since 1990, it grow dramatically and reached around 90 meals every year in 2000.




This graph shows the comparison of car theft in four different countries from 1990 to 1999. Great Britain has the largest amount the vehicle theft during this time period, but it started around 17 thousand and finish similarly at 16 thousand. Sweden is the country that has the largest growth during this time, started at 6 thousand and increase to 14 thousand in 1999. France and Canada has very similar number from 8 and 7 thousand respectively, drop to only 6 thousand in 1999.




This graph shows the amount of coffee exports in three different countries from 2002 to 2012. Costa Rica has the largest amount of coffee exports in 2002, however the number dropped to around 6 million kilograms in 2006 before increase back to 20 million kilo.
Brazil, started only around 12 million but increase to nearly 25 million in 2012. Colombia has the lowest exports in 2008 at only 3 million, but in 2012, it has 15 million kilograms coffee exported.





This graph shows the annual meat consumption every person in different countries from 1961 to 2009. USA has the largest amount of meat consumption per capita during the whole time period, started around 90 kg, increasing to 120 kg in 2009 after a slight decrease from 2007. Followed by Brazil who has over 80 kgs in 2009. China is another country that has growing meat consumption and reaches 60kg in 2009. Liberia and India has similar constantly trends during this time of period.




This graph shows the number of people use cell phone in Brazil between 1996 and 2002 for two different gender. For both gender, the total number of people using mobile phone increase from 3000 in 1996 to over 1500 in 2002. Between 1996 and 1999, there were more women use mobile phone than men. However, in 2000 and 2001, more men were using mobile phone than women. But in 2002, women again, has larger number of people using mobile phone than male.





This graph shows the gold sales in Dubai in 2002. In March, Dubai has the largest sales in gold at over 350 million of Dirhams. However, it decrease to only little over 100 million in July. After a slight increase back to 200 million, it dropped back to over 100 million in September. The other months during the year, the sales were around 200 million.




This graph shows the global water use by different sectors. All three sectors has growing usage of water over this time period with agriculture spend the largest amount. In 1900, agriculture used around 500 cubic kilometre water, the number has increased to nearly 3000 cubic kilometre. Industrial use has much slower pace reach over 1000 cubic kilometre while domestic use reaches under 500 cubic kilometre at the end of this time period.
